Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit it, Vercel processes technically necessary data, including your IP address, date and time, the requested address and your browser type, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we have a data processing agreement with Vercel. The website's server functions, such as the forms, run in Frankfurt am Main.

Requests through our forms

When you request collector access or offer us a work, we store the type of request, your name, your email address and, if given, your message and the artist, together with the language of the page and the time of the request. We use these details to answer your request, set up your access or assess your work.

The legal basis is the consent you give when sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and handling your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to connect@artloved.com.

The details are stored in a database in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Only we can see them; we pass them on to third parties, such as an auction house, only with your consent. We delete them once they are no longer needed for your request and any resulting collaboration and no retention obligation applies.

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

Links to other sites

Our artist profiles link to sources such as the German Integrated Authority File (GND) and Wikidata. If you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and corresponding rights under the PDPA. Contact connect@artloved.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
